By completing and submitting this form, you confirm the following:
1. Accuracy of information. All information provided on this form is, to the best of your knowledge, true, complete, and correct.
2. Data collection and purpose. You authorise Global Talent Connection (Pty) Ltd ("GTC") to collect, store, and process the personal information you have provided. This information will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for employment opportunities, presenting your profile to prospective employers, and conducting the recruitment services GTC provides.
3. Verification and reference checks. You authorise GTC to verify any information stated in this form and to conduct reference checks, including but not limited to employment history, general reputation, personal character, qualifications, and professional conduct, where applicable and relevant.
4. Sharing of information. You understand and consent to GTC sharing your personal information — including your skills profile, work history, qualifications, and documentation — with prospective client employers for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for specific roles. This may include clients based in South Africa or internationally, in jurisdictions that maintain adequate data protection standards.
5. Data retention. GTC will retain your personal information for a period of no longer than three (3) years from the date of submission, unless you are placed in employment through GTC, in which case your information will be retained for the duration required by applicable law and GTC's standard record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting
recruitment@globaltalentconnection.co.za.
6. Your rights. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), you have the right to: access the personal information GTC holds about you; request correction of inaccurate information; object to the processing of your information; and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect GTC's ability to process information already lawfully collected.
